Energy consumption from buildings 30% lower and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions for Flémalle
What was our approach?
On 1 April 2022, Luminus Solutions signed a major energy performance contract with the municipality of Flémalle to carry out energy renovations in several public buildings. This project, resulting from two years of preparation and planning, targets schools and municipal services with the aim of significantly increasing energy efficiency. With a budget of more than EUR 1.2 million, it focuses on measures that not only reduce energy consumption but also improve comfort for users.
Luminus Solutions is improving energy performance in Flémalle through targeted energy renovations in public buildings, with a focus on insulation, efficient lighting, and solar energy. We partner with local businesses, strengthen the local economy and offer training. Our partnership with RenoWatt and deployment of advanced monitoring guarantee the municipality significant energy savings and a more sustainable future.
