Afin d&rsquo;assurer la maintenance et la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de ses b\u00e2timents, le Foyer Anderlechtois a conclu le premier contrat belge de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique multi-sites avec Luminus Solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 6.6pt; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Le contrat comprend la r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te de 45 syst\u00e8mes de chauffage, l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de pas moins de 17 cog\u00e9n\u00e9rations d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 15 \u00e0 110 kWe, de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de gestion de la chaleur et 7 installations de panneaux solaires. En outre, nous sommes responsables de l&rsquo;entretien des installations dans tous les b\u00e2timents. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 6.6pt; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Les travaux, qui repr\u00e9sentent un investissement de 6 millions d&rsquo;euros, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9s par Luminus Solutions.
